Walls Forever – 30-Day Return Policy

At Walls Forever, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Please read the details below before sending anything back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item.
  • We’ll offer a refund or replacement once the issue is verified.
  • Return postage will be reimbursed upon presentation of a valid receipt (please contact us before returning any item; unauthorised returns may be refused).
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method where possible; otherwise we may arrange a bank transfer.

Custom & Personalised Products

Custom-made or personalised wallpaper and murals are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started. “Customised” includes any product resized, cropped, colour-matched, or designed to your wall measurements/specifications. Selecting a colour or pattern from our website for a standard-sized product does not count as customisation.

Sale Items & Discounted Orders

Items purchased in a sale or with a discount code are refundable only if damaged or incorrect, and only up to the price paid. We do not offer price adjustments for orders placed before or after a promotion.

All Other Returns (Change of Mind)

  • Return within 30 days for a credit note equal to the product value (shipping is non-refundable).
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.
  • We cannot accept items damaged due to storage, handling, or installation.
  • Walls Forever reserves the right to assess the return and determine eligibility.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility in these cases.

Duty of Care

Until your return reaches us, it remains your responsibility. Please package items securely to prevent damage in transit. Any loss or damage while in your possession or during return shipping may result in a deduction from your refund or credit, up to the order value.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email support@wallsforever.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a brief reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Wait for our confirmation and instructions before shipping your item back.
